La Yegua

Located on the slopes of the foothills of the Montes Aquilianos, in the shade of La Silla de la Yegua, are the vineyards of Godello and Doña Blanca that give rise to this wine. A combination of godello from two plots in Campo and San Lorenzo del Bierzo. The first fresher, the second more powerful. Both of ecological philosophy. The Doña Blanca of this wine comes from 4 very old vines planted between 1901 and 1910 in co-plantation with Mencía: La Calleja (1901), Lombano (1901), Las Tablas (1910) and El Corzo (1910).
A blend of equal parts of the two main white varieties of the region. It is the perfect balance of aromatic expression and acidity, enhanced by its time in barrels.

Harmony, freshness and elegance define this original white wine. A vibrant wine with which you will enjoy your best appetizers and enjoy through to dessert.
